The potatoes for Pizzoli’s natural line are selected from specific zones in Italy during specific times of year and are grown
from Biological Agriculture. The potatoes are collected and transformed immediately. The line is not pre-fried. The potatoes
are cut into sticks, steamed, and frozen enabling them to conserve the nutritional characteristics.
